Dr. Bernhard Krapp

Curriculum Vitae

Bernhard Krapp was born in Nuremberg in 1975 into a French-German family. After he had finished school in Coburg, he graduated in Media Studies and Psychology at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg. He then worked in Cologne and Koblenz as a trainee in the area of TV casting and (trans)regional video journalism. He has been running a small European company in the areas of Profilehre Plus, media skill coaching, private lessons and social-media-marketing for a long time. He has a certificate in Advanced Englisch (C1-CAE) and Advanced French (C1-TCF). His intercultural dissertation examined the question of which hybrid TV genres can communicate scientific content in a popular yet accurate way. He has been a lecturer at FAU since 2010 in the area of key qualifications.
